History
With a desire to help people achieve their goals and add value to their lives, Russ Craven was inspired to start a new journey in 2019. He sold his housing dealership to search for a fresh challenge.
He initially considered venturing into financial products and retirement planning. However, during his research phase, a friend suggested he explore the insurance industry since he already had an insurance license. This friend also pointed out the added advantage of financial products that come with this industry.
This was the eureka moment, and it led to the creation of The Craven Agency. Although having faced some obstacles, such as the COVID pandemic, The Craven Agency managed to grow steadily over time while remaining committed to their mission of helping as many people as possible in the Louisiana and Ark-La-Tex region.
